Accredited by the Commission on Accreditation in Physical Therapy Education (CAPTE), Arcadia’s on-campus DPT program is ranked in the top 10 percent of all DPT programs in the country.¹

The hybrid curriculum is designed by world-renowned faculty from the College of Health Sciences at Arcadia and is an extension of the top-25 ranked on-campus program.

Why Arcadia's Hybrid DPT Program?

Real-World Experience

Through a mix of online sessions, on-campus immersions, and clinical education experiences, students have hands-on opportunities to apply classroom instruction throughout the program. Students will spend eight weeks in an inpatient or outpatient setting, under the mentorship of a licensed physical therapist, and take part in a 24-week, full-time clinical internship.

Preparation for Licensure

Our curriculum specifically prepares graduates to pursue licensure and sit for the National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE). For the last four years, 100 percent of on-campus students passed the NPTE, with more than 95 percent of students passing on the first attempt. The employment rate of the same program graduates was 100 percent.²

Accomplished Faculty

Multiple faculty have received excellence in teaching awards, are published in peer-reviewed journals/textbooks, hold elected and appointed positions in professional associations, and have funded research. Additionally, three members of our faculty have been recognized as Fellows of the American Physical Therapy Association, the highest honor awarded to members of the profession.
